Mt Washmore...AKA Day 78 of 365

Why is it so dang difficult to get in touch with a repairman??? I really need to get my washing machine fixed ASAP. With trying to get everything ready to move, I need to stay on top of Mt Washmore. Please Mr. Repairman, answer your phone or at least hook up an answering machine so I can leave you a message.
