I am the same way, Deb. I think since Mom wasn't the best housekeeper (by a very long shot), and I inherited some of that, I always feel a little frantic about it. Someone told me before "If you are coming to see me, come on! If you are coming to see my house, give me plenty of notice" I thought that was great!
When folks are visiting, I always rue how cluttered everything feels. Then folks leave and I wonder at how empty everything feels . . .
